- Advised and represented Singaporean investors AsiaPhos against the Republic of China in an investment arbitration matter regarding expropriation of investments (ICSID Case No. ADM 21/1);
- Represented Indonesian and BVI corporate clients in the energy and natural resources sector in an SIAC international arbitration dispute valued at S$50 million; successfully acted for the Claimants in resisting the opposing parties’ jurisdictional challenge before the arbitral tribunal and Singapore courts (Singapore High Court decision of BQP v BQQ [2018] SGHC 55);
- Assisted on counsel team in the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) international arbitration hearing representing the Italian respondents in disputes over allegedly defective trains; damages were successfully and significantly reduced (reported on Global Arbitration Review);
- Advised Singapore companies in the energy and natural resources sector on disputes arising from a Sino-foreign joint venture agreement and their potential commercial (CIETAC Beijing) and investment arbitrations against Chinese state-owned entities and Chinese administrative commissions;
- Represented state-owned entities in a multi-party, multi-contract international arbitration on disputes arising from the construction of a thermal power project in Asia.

- Assisted in advising Asian Governments on a potential maritime boundary delimitation dispute and on the sovereign immunity of US sunken warships;
- Successfully defended Client against a Swiss international bank in Singapore court proceedings;
- Successfully represented clients in resisting a jurisdictional challenge, a stay of court proceedings on the grounds of forum non conveniens before the Singapore Court of Appeal; obtained judgment for clients against Indian counterparties.
